Returns & Exchanges

Chopova Lowena accepts returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all security tags and hardware intact. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, items must be handled with extreme care during the trial process.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all carabiners, safety pins, and charms are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the garment to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
